To address user frustration with the cluttered CommBank app home screen, we implemented a design solution focused on decluttering and personalisation customers essential functions. We streamlined access to frequently used actions through intuitive interaction patterns such as Switch, Context Menus, and Drag and Drop functionality. This redesign aims to improve user efficiency, increase satisfaction, and ultimately provide a more seamless and enjoyable banking experience.
